The fuel pump fuse and relay are under the hood in the fuse box near the master cylinder.

What is the problem exactly?

the fuel pump relay is located under the hood in a large fuse box. if your fuel pump is not running what you might try before buying a new relay is to find one of the other relays with the same part number and switch them to see if the fuel pump will work or not. at least then you have narrowed down the concern a little more.
thanks for the question and if you have any more be sure to let us know.

I have a 95 astro van as well and my fuse box is not under the hood. Its on the inside, drivers side by the brake pedal. Also I looked and I dont know which fuse is for the fuel pump and I dont even see a fuel pump relay there. I did however see to small boxes bolted under the hood on the passenger side that looked like relays but again no fuses under the hood.

Make sure the sensor in the fuel pump is connected, if so make sure wires connected under the van. Make sure battery is connected properly when done.

Have you checked for 12 volts at the starter with ignition in start position, you will need a test light or volt meter.
I can only hope all the parts changed out were not done while trying to solve the not start issue.

Open the hood and on the firewall top left you will see two black boxes side by side... That is the relay boxes.

A good start would be asking your question in a new thread.

Secondly, we don't know what 'else' you could do until we know what you've already done...

That is where mine is located, but are there 2 relays that relate to the no start issue? Or is just one of the relays the fuel pump relay? I have only changed out one of these when having starting issues, This starting issue is intermittent, very frustrating....
